KINGSHUK
MAZUMDAR

Born and brought up in Calcutta, Kingshuk went to the illustrious St. Paul’s School, Darjeeling to complete his schooling, after which he graduated with honours in BBA from Calcutta University, and finally, completed his MBA in Marketing from Xavier Institute of Management & Entrepreneurship, Bangalore. His real estate career started with Lodha Developers in 2014, where he started outselling the most seasoned pros within the organisation from his first launch itself, The Trump Towers launch. It took him little to no time to fall in love with the entire cycle of real estate and real estate selling. Having sold more than INR 500 Cr worth of inventory, he rose from the ranks to become DGM Sales of the company in 2018, a few months after which he left to start this company along with Bunty and Nishit and together as Luxury Portfolio, they continue to achieve more every passing day.

Exceptionally well-spoken and having very sound knowledge of the intricacies of high-value transactions, Kingshuk has built a niche for himself in the luxury real estate industry. Clients know exactly what Kingshuk brings to the table when he is the one mediating their real estate transactions, and the glowing testimonials they have shared about him bear testament to that. Apart from Real Estate, Kingshuk is wildly passionate about working out and staying fit, and Basketball, which is a sport he played at the National Level in his early twenties, something he attributes to his team player mentality and competitiveness, qualities that cross over wonderfully when a real estate deal is on the line.

NISHIT
PARIKH

Nishit has successfully navigated the intricate residential and commercial property real estate markets of Mumbai for over 9 years, and together with Bunty and their team closes 150 Cr + of business year after year, with the current year numbers topping that of the previous years’ comfortably with 6 months to spare.

Growing up in the suburbs of Mumbai, Nishit graduated in BCOM from Mumbai University and started his career working for Standard Chartered as a Business Development Executive where his daily responsibilities had him selling almost the entire portfolio of SC’s products to HNIs and UHNIs. Being exposed to such high-profile clients at that young age, he quickly learnt that more than the product itself, it is the building of and then maintaining the positive relationship with each client that brings results in the long run. Ever since then, he has modelled his approach to anything he does in life on that very principle. Today he uses his knowledge of the high end and luxury real estate along with the years of experience he gained working as an entry-level executive in a corporate job to guide his clients smoothly through every step of the real estate cycle - from shortlisting of properties, complex negotiations, and overlooking every aspect of the paperwork to ensure a seamless and memorable home buying journey for his clients. These are a few of the reasons why he has built a reputation for superior client service, integrity, and the highest level of client representation that are synonymous with his name.

BUNTY
MADHRANI

Here’s a story for you. It’s 1999 and a 15-year-old Bunty is getting ready for a busy day at school, when his father, who owns a small real estate consultancy business is feeling a little under the weather. He jokingly tells Bunty to put down his “Swat Cats” school bag, skip school that day, and show a rental listing to a client instead as his proxy. He tells young Bunty with a sly wink, that if he closes the deal, the brokerage is his. Little did young Bunty know that this day would change his life’s direction forever. Little did he know that the brokerage he would earn would be equivalent to half a year of his pocket money. The rest, as they say, is history.

A Mumbai boy in and out, Bunty prides himself on knowing every corner of the city like the back of his hand. His people skills built him the relationships that slowly saw him gain unofficial monopolies in various top buildings/societies in Mumbai, eventually making him the realtor of choice for any and every real estate need his clients may have. Today, he’s on all their speed dials. One of the most special skills Bunty has acquired over his 18 years of experience in real estate is his calmness under pressure. Things could be falling apart and you’ll find Bunty in the corner with a can of Diet Coke, calmly figuring out the solution. The business of Real Estate in Mumbai is chaotic, to say the least.
